What kind of fabric is the popular Nov 18, 2020

De velvet fabric is a kind of functional fabric. The clothes made by it are particularly warm in winter, and many people wear it now. So what are the characteristics of de velvet fabric?

De velvet fabric

1. What is Derong

De velvet fabric is a new type of fabric and a functional fabric. The surface of the German velvet fabric structure is covered with a layer of chemical substances. This layer of material can make the water on the cloth directly slide off. It has a waterproof effect. The product has bright color, diamond-like dazzling and good hand feeling, so it is called diamond velvet. The surface fluff can form air. Layers, so the warmth is better. Manufacturers make this fabric into ladies' leggings and tights for warmth and self-cultivation.

The fabric bulkiness of Derong is 10% higher than other fibers, and its warmth retention is 17% higher than that of cotton, which is comparable to "cashmere". The material that can keep warm in this way is that it has a "dog-bone shaped cross-sectional fiber structure."

Dralon® is also known as Bayer Acrylic (jīnglún). Dralon® is a special-shaped acrylic fiber made by Bayer in Germany using the most advanced and environmentally friendly dry spinning process in the world. It has a double T-shaped cross-section, which is unique in the current fiber industry. It has grooves that can retain more still air to achieve warmth.

The fabric has a tight structure and tiny gaps, which can block cold air from contacting the skin.

2. De velvet production process

The production process of dralon® X

dralon® X is a polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN fiber). It is made by dry spinning. The production process is divided into 4 steps:

1. Polymerization

Acrylonitrile (ACN) is polymerized with other monomers (such as dye additive monomers) to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN).

2. Dissolve

After washing and drying, the white PAN powder is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) by stirring and heating, and then filtered.

3. Spinning

The solution is squeezed out of the nozzle to form nascent fibers. The solvent (DMF*) is separated from the solution by hot air (dry spinning) during the spinning process, and can be reused after distillation.

4. Post-processing

In the post-treatment process, the nascent fiber undergoes washing, stretching, crimping, drying, oiling and other processes to obtain its characteristic properties, such as strength, elongation, fineness, bulkiness and hand feel.

The production process of dralon® L

dralon® L is a polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN fiber). It is made by wet spinning. The production process is divided into 4 steps:

1. Polymerization

Acrylonitrile (ACN) is polymerized with other monomers to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN).

2. Dissolve

After washing and drying, the white PAN powder is dissolved in dimethylacetamide (DMAC) by stirring and heating, and then filtered.

3. Spinning

The solution is extruded from the nozzle to form nascent fibers. The solvent is separated from the solution by a water bath (wet spinning) during the spinning process, and can be reused after being recovered by distillation.

4. Post-processing

In the post-treatment process, the nascent fiber obtains its characteristic properties such as strength, elongation, fineness, bulkiness and hand feeling through the processes of washing, stretching, crimping, drying, and oiling.

4. Features of Derong

Warmth retention: The thin profiled cross-section of the de velvet fabric makes the fabric more fluffy. In addition, the erected fluff can also increase the amount of still air, so the velvet fabric is very warm.

Soft and self-cultivation: The most popular thing about De Rong is that it has thick and dense hair, soft and glutinous hand, soft and close-fitting, which can avoid wearing bloated clothes in winter.

Not easy to fade: De velvet fabric uses reactive printing and dyeing, good color fastness, not easy to fade.

Good air permeability: De velvet fabric has a unique moisture wicking function, which can better drain moisture out of the body, soft and breathable.

Bright color: De velvet is rich in color, elegant in style, and the fabric shines like a diamond.

The reason why new fabrics like de velvet are hot is largely because they are different from other fabrics and can give consumers a new experience in special scenes. Adhering to the concept of "international, forward-looking, and oriented"
