A year ago, due to an idea of my own, I jointly developed several functional fabrics with a weaving enterprise, and I share them with you again. The main functions are temperature preservation, bacteriostatic odor elimination, negative ion generation and other functions. This series of fabrics can be applied to fashion women's fabrics, women's lining, men's lining, home textiles and other fields.

The main functions are described as follows:

The raw materials of this series of fabrics are carbonized at high temperature, and the raw materials are carbonized and ground into nano-level powder. Then, in the conventional polyester spinning process, they are mixed in a certain proportion and spun into POY by screw extrusion. POY is drawn by stretching, and then yarns and networks are combined to form polyester silk yarn of a certain thickness (50D/75D/150D). Then the polyester grey fabric of various specifications is woven by water jet loom.

This series of fabric has the heating protection property, which is higher than the ordinary PET fiber in the light temperature, when using 150 watts of light irradiation for about 1 minute, about 5℃ higher than the ordinary polyester fabric; (Used for all kinds of lining styles, with very practical heating protection)

This series of fabrics with antibacterial or deodorant function, water and nutrients is a hotbed of bacteria, bacteria propagation speed depends on the environment can provide how many temperature, moisture and nutrients, the fabrics using nanoscale powder mixed with ordinary polyester fiber is made of modified polyester fiber, in the premise of guarantee the spinnability and weaving, much fiber microporous let body surface to effectively control the moisture adsorption effect; Using ammonia to do deodorization test, its deodorization rate can reach about 80%, this deodorization is a physical adsorption, harmless to human body, both environmental protection and health;

This series of fabric has the ability to emit far infrared ray when wearing on human body. After human body test, the far infrared can raise human skin temperature by 0.5℃-1℃, and the far infrared emissivity reaches the national standard.

Another important function of this series of fabrics is the ability to produce negative ions. So what is anion? How do you make anions? And the function of anion.
